Are your Care and Support staff trained?

All staff who are registered with Pier 2 Pier Care Services are trained to the national minimum standards required by the local regulatory bodies. Over and above these, staff are encouraged to undertake personal development and attend additional training courses.

Are your Care and Support staff insured?

All our staff are fully insured for both personal and public liability.

Can we book a candidate solely for our service?

Yes, as per current guidance.

Who Do I report feedback to?

We positively welcome all feedback, good or bad, and, where necessary, required action will be taken.

My Service is not accessible by public transport, can you provide me with staff who can drive?

Yes, we do have staff registered with us who can drive.

Are your staff vetted for written and verbal communication skills?

All of our staff are vetted for written and verbal communication skills as part of our application and interview process.
