What area does your agency cover?
We cover the whole of Sussex.
Do you engage with Self Employed contractors?
Due to the change in IR35 we are no longer able to engage with any self employed contractor for Care, Support or Nursing work, all of our staff are paid via PAYE.
How will I be paid?
All of our staff are paid weekly straight into their bank account. All payments are made via PAYE and are subject to qualifying tax, national insurance and pension deductions.
Will you provide me with training?
Yes, all training is provided at no cost to you and will meet national minimum standards. Should you feel you would benefit from further courses, we shall always try to assist with this.
Do you provide homecare?
No, we do not currently provide support to homecare clients
Do you provide Timesheets?
We provide timesheets which must be completed and signed by the client each shift and submitted by midday every Monday.
Will I be able to pay into a pension?
Yes, once your earnings qualify we will be automatically enrolled into a nest pension.
My earnings have not qualified me to be automatically enrolled into a pension, but I want to join, what should I do?
If you have not been automatically enrolled, because you do not have qualifying earnings, our payroll department will be able to enrol you.
Will you provide me with a uniform?
If you are working at a client that requires a uniform, then this will be provided. All uniforms are at a cost of £20.
